Engineered for professional kitchen installers and fabricators, it delivers repeatable accuracy while maintaining a built-in 0.5° fall for effective water runoff.

Manufactured from CNC-machined Compact Grade HPL and incorporating Flex-Tech anti-bow technology, the DGJIG ensures stable routing performance, even when using heavier ½ plunge routers.

Flex-Tech Stability System

When routing with heavier ½ routers, jig rails can flex or bow, leading to inconsistent groove depth or wavy cuts.

The DGJIG incorporates Flex-Tech adjustable support grub screws placed strategically along the rails to:
