Our terms and conditions are simple.

Sales on our website must be paid for at checkout using either debit or credit card, PayPal checkout or any digital wallet, such as Google Pay, that we accept.

VAT is charged at 20% on all orders placed by customers within the United Kingdom. Customers out with the UK will not be charged VAT but they may be liable to pay local import duties. Accepting our Terms and Conditions implies you agree to pay any import duties.

McFee Agency Limited will not accept responsibility if you place an order but refuse to pay import duties, should they be applicable in your country of origin.

Any UK order that has Express Delivery applied to it, and paid for at checkout, will be sent out the same day as the order is placed, Monday - Friday, as long is the order is placed before 3pm.

Orders placed after 3pm which have Express Delivery applied will be sent the following day. This is out with our control.

Please note that UK Bank Holidays will affect Express Delivery, delaying them by a day or two.
