Shipping policy

Please note that we do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sunday. However, Saturday delivery is possible for orders placed before 3pm on Friday if you choose Saturday Delivery at checkout.

SHIPPING OPTIONS - UK CUSTOMERS

• Free shipping is available for UK customers on orders over £50. We are unable to provide you with tracking details for orders sent with the Free shipping option. Allow 3 working days for delivery for shipping. If you need it faster please contact us.
• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order. Free Shipping does not carry any tracking information until a delivery attempt has been made. 

WE OFFER NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY ON ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 3PM. PLEASE CHOOSE EXPRESS SHIPPING AT CHECKOUT.

SATURDAY DELIVERY, BEFORE 10:30AM IS ALSO AVAILABLE!

• If you want your order faster than Standard Shipping, please choose the First Class or Express Shipping options at checkout.
• If you want to be able to track your delivery, please choose the tracked option
• Please note some area exclusions for next day and Saturday delivery apply, for example;
• Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly
• For these areas you may need to allow another extra day or 2 for delivery. This is out with our control and is determined by the courier companies in the UK

SHIPPING OPTIONS - NON-UK CUSTOMERS

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA & CANADA

In addition to Royal Mail shipping options, the prices of which are calculated based on the weight of your order, we offer bespoke courier shipping:

• All orders sent to North America go via DHL and take around 3-5 days to arrive
• $26.49(US) / $34.58(CAD) for orders up to 2kg
• $41.00(US) / $ (CAD) for orders between 2kg and 4kg
• If you order will weigh more than 4kg, the checkout process will alert you to contact us. Please do so on          sales@mc-fee.co.uk and we'll be able to give you a price for shipping

We do not charge VAT/taxes on orders for customers in North America. Customers in North America will be liable for any local taxes incurred.

EUROPE

In addition to Royal Mail shipping options, the prices of which are calculated based on the weight of your order, we offer bespoke courier shipping:

• €11.20 for orders up to 2kg
• €16.80 for orders between 2kg and 4kg
• If you order will weigh more than 4kg, the checkout process will alert you to contact us.  Please do so on         sales@mc-fee.co.uk and we'll be able to give you a price for shipping

We do not charge VAT/taxes on orders for customers in the EU. Customers in the EU will be liable for any local taxes incurred.

DHL AND OTHER CARRIER OPTIONS FOR UK CUSTOMERS

While these options aren't available for you to choose at checkout, we do use DHL and other carries to ship larger/heavier orders. If your shipping confirmation information contains "UK Mail" or "DHL", then please use the website below to track your package:
